Stetson & Associates, Inc. is a national consulting firm dedicated to helping school districts deliver on the promise of inclusive education. Founded by Dr. Frances Stetson, our team partners with superintendents, special education directors, principals, and classroom teachers across the country to strengthen services for students with disabilities — and to support the educators who teach them every day.

For more than thirty years, we have worked alongside districts of every size — from large urban systems to small rural campuses — to design and sustain inclusive practices that are practical, defensible, and built to last. Our work is grounded in IDEA, informed by research, and shaped by what actually works in classrooms.

Our Mission

We believe every student with a disability deserves meaningful access to the general curriculum, and every educator deserves the tools, training, and support to make that access real. Whether we are conducting a districtwide program evaluation, leading professional development, or delivering turnkey systems like IEP Ready, our goal is always the same: to leave districts stronger than we found them.
